At the moment Customers experience management Team is looking for engaged team member with high degree of professionalism. As Change Manager Your main responsibility will be to design, launch and manage customer experience and its related processes for broadband and mobile communication services in B2C business line segment.

Essential functions:

• Design essence of #Customers Experience in Telecommunication business for existing and new customers;
• Creation, optimization and follow up of Customers experience #strategy and projects;
• Management of existing experience path together with team members;
• Responsibility of evaluating, maintaining and improving Customers Experience targets;
• Preparation of improving initiatives incl.: business case creation and approval, communication brief development and client targeting;
• Creation of detailed processes descriptions and instructions and #tracking effect of its implementation;
• Work with key departments and cross-functional teams to lead the #creation and preparation of new Customer Experience activities for execution;
• Contribution to great customer experience, loyalty at every channel, customer process and touch point of the customer.

Requirements

We hope, that You have:

• 2+ years successful experience in customer experience area: theory and practice;
• Knowledge and practice in projects management;
• Knowledge of Customers experience processes #modelling for different customers’ service channels;
• Customer service orientation and ability to see connections and consequences;
• Ability to see big picture and to #handle details then needed;
• Ability to work in a team setting with a diverse groups of employees, managers and external contacts;
• Ability to work within all levels of the business;
• Good analytical, organization and communication (oral/written) skills;
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and #joy in work you do;
• Good PC skills and ability speak and write fluently in English and Lithuanian.
