Job Description

Our client is a world leader in high technology, a diversified manufacturer and marketer of advanced elecronic and electronical products, spanning information & communication equipment and systems, Internet-based solutions and services, elecronic components and materials, power systems, industrial and social infrastructure systems, and household appliances.

Company is expanding its activities in the region of Baltic States and is looking for a person to hold a new position.

Objectives of the job: to implement, develop and coordinate channel sales strategy in the region according to company's business plan; to manage the channel by ensuring the selling through various marketing activities.

Tasks and responsibilities:
o strategic collaboration with local sales teams in defining go-to-market strategies;
o business and action planning for the channel and distributors;
o development and implementation of loyalty/partner programs for the resellers and distributors;
o planning and implementation of campaigns to ensure that sell out target will be achieved within the scope of marketing plans and financial/sales budgets;
o provide the operational interface for day-to-day management of sales activities and marketing programs;
o prepare market and competitive situation reports;
o provide monthly forecast and stock sitaution by key customer and sell out status report;
o collect information on tenders and prepare product specification and price information;
o follow up on monthly customer payments and credit issues (periodically).


o 2-3 years experience in sales / channel marketing in IT company;
o a track of collaboration with IT distributors and retailers in the Baltic area;
o well educated sales person with marketing background;
o good English and Russian language skills;
o PC literacy;
o technical background;
o willingness to travel;
o good negotiation, presentation & communication skills;
o customer oriented, willing to take responsibility and work independently, self-driven for success.
