Requirements
Fluent English, and strong experience in high-class restaurants.
Commis Chef
1-3 years experience ; good knife skills and basic food knowledge and preparation skills; some knowledge of sauce and preparation skills for starters, main courses and desserts.
Demi Chef
3-5 years experience ; very good knife skills, good food knowledge and preparation skills, ability to cover all sections of the kitchen and make basic sauces.
Chef de Partie
5 + years experience - strong sauce knowledge and supervisory skills and experience.

Salary based on experience
Accommodation from free of charge to £60 per week depending on employer
