Job Description

Flamingo Land – Chefs at all levels (Full-Time Seasonal)

Work in a wide range of newly refurbished kitchens, multi-million pound food business with multiple outlets in conjunction with the Head chef and/or the Food and Beverage Manager.

• Mansion House our flagship restaurant and wedding venue with signature food dishes at a very high standard using the best quality ingredients sourced locally providing elegant cuisine in its picturesque setting.

• Coach House – Country pub serving Home cooked locally sourced food, theme nights and real old fashioned ‘pub grub.

• Metropolis Bar and Grill, theatre of food starting with the freshest ingredients and the highest quality produce creating fabulous dishes everyone can enjoy.

• American Diner - A real authentic American experience with freshly made breakfasts and casual dining throughout the day all brought to you in the 50s style surroundings.

• Fabrizios Ristorante – An Italian serving fresh pizza, pasta the traditional way.

• Jolly Sailor – Our newly refurbished Fish and Chip restaurant serving fresh Fish and Chips.

Requirements

You will need to have excellent craft skills, using fresh ingredients and extensive demonstrable knowledge of menu, planning and continuous improvement.

We are looking for creative, friendly, enthusiastic people who are passionate about producing fantastic food, delivered consistently, a provider of great customer service and the ability to lead, inspire and motivate the teams around you.

All candidates must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the UK along and the relevant supporting documentations.
