CHIEF ACCOUNTANT / FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Supervise operational day-to-day accounting and payroll activities
Preparation of financial statements and company management reports
Monthly and annual financial report preparation
Preparation of VAT returns and tax administration
Handling tax accounting and filling
Enterprise budgeting and control
Planning and developing systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the accounting and tax department
Assisting with financial and tax audits
Recognize training requirements and competence shortage in personnel work
Other accounting and finance-related tasks for the company

University degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent
At least 5-7 years experience as a Chief Accountant (preference: logistic service, energy, retail)
Good knowledge of Lithuanian legislation relative to accounting and finance management
Perfect command of Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written)
Knowledge of International Accounting Standards
Good skills of working with accounting programs
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Accountability, accuracy, good communication and organization skills
Customer focused, result orientated
