• Yearly and monthly financial planning/budgeting
  
• Financial reporting and statistics (internal and external)
  
• Fixed costs' optimization as well as tax payments optimization
  
• Planning and management of cash and non-cash payments
  
• Internal financial controlling
  
• Management and execution of all bookkeeping operations
  
• Management and control of internal guidelines for accounting documentation
  
• Payroll preparation
  
• Management of insurance of company assets
  
• Management of legal agreements with employees
  
• Internal consulting

Requirements

• University degree in Economics
  
• 2+ yeras of experience in related industry in corresponding position
  
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and taxation laws of Lithuania
  
• Experience in cooperation with auditors and government financial institutions
  
• Strong IT skills
  
• Basic people management skills allowing to lead small team in the future
  
• Good knowledge of English, Polish would be an advantage
  
• Detailed, precise, structured, organized, responsible personality who is adherent to deadlines
