Claims & Disputes Specialist (Remote)

Get Ready To

• Deal directly with disputes and claims with providers such as PayPal and others
• Monitor and report on customers’ feedback to the Disputes Manager
• Take ownership of more complex cases and use your problem solving skills
• Work with our internal databases and tools
• Be a part of the fast-growing company and deal with challenges that it brings

We Expect You To

• Have fluent English both written and spoken
• Have previous experience with disputes, chargebacks management, Customer Service (email support, Zendesk, Shipmonk)
• Have perfect time management skills (we offer a remote position) & ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Have knowledge/ interest in the digital health & wellness industry (it’s a plus!)
• Have common sense
• Be a team player and love helping people
• Never kill the vibe

Location:

Work from anywhere. We have offices in the major Lithuanian cities – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda – but in case you can’t think of what pants to wear today, waiting for your cat’s food to be delivered, or casually chilling in Tenerife – gotcha. Meet you at the Zoom party.
