Job Description


  • Responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of the Client operations department while reducing company liability through timely reconciliation of outstanding exceptions
  • Providing support in the preparation and presentation of performance appraisals and counseling to the department staff
  • Absorbing the responsibility of the client operations staff in their absence, or due to fluctuation in workflow
  • Delegation of various responsibilities to incumbent of appropriate staff members
  • This position will be the escalation point for customer issues both internal and external


  • Minimum 3-5 years accounting experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field
  • Good communication skills
  • Team leadership/Management experience is an advantage
