
CLIENT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Plans, directs, coordinates and controls the activities of team members engaged in providing a variety of financial and support services
- Services a large client base with substantial risk and exposure
- Manages department budget and is responsible for the efficient operation of varied departments
- Responsibilities include managing the timely and accurate account reconciliation, collection and resolution of all account receivables and delayed settlement exceptions within 30 days, risk mitigation and analysis, problem-solving with related departments, project management, on-site client training and procedural recommendations, new product implementation, client service level achievement and employee development
Requirements
- Must have at least 5-7 years accounting experience and at least 2-3 years leadership experience
- Fluency in English
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field
- Excellent communication skills
