Client Services Analyst (temporary, approx. 9 months)

Job Description

The Corporate Systems team manages and supports over 25 general business systems for the Nasdaq community. These systems span multiple business areas; core financials, financial analysis, human resource systems, purchasing and billing. This is a dynamic position that requires an aptitude for systems and the ability to multitask in a fast paced global environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level two support to financial system users for issue resolution and management
  • Create End-Customer Training - Materials Development and Delivery
  • Participate in System Implementation - Data Conversion and User Test
  • Perform Data Research Projects
  • Recommend Functional Specifications for Casual User Groups
  • Perform System Security Audits and Oversight
  • Implement Organizational Initiatives
  • Perform Complex Data Quality Oversight and Assurance; Periodic System Maintenance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting or related field would be an advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally within a global environment
  • Must have at least one year experience in a customer service position
  • Experience in a system support role supporting internal clients would be a strong advantage
  • Must have an understanding of finance concepts and functions
  • Must have aptitude for systems and the ability to multitask in a fast paced global environment
  • Must be comfortable researching and compiling metrics and providing results to users
  • Must be eager to learn, driven and proactive
