Job Description

The Client Support specialist, Data Analyst will be responsible for the support of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) process for Retail Zoom Client in Vilnius, Lithuania and for multiple maintenance functions administration of the web-based Retail Zoom CRM platform. The individual's main area of focus is to work with CRM platform, analyse data and provide insights and support for Client’s strategic business decisions. This role must maintain good working relationships and communication skills. The Client Support Specialist will work closely with Head office Data Science department. in order to satisfy Client's requirements

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client’ CRM data governance
  • Managing end user support for web based CRM system.
  • Work closely with Retail Zoom Client’ Marketing and Sales departments
  • Responsible for preparation and distribution of required  standard weekly reports from the CRM System  
  • Represent  Retail Zoom CRM Solution in a professional manner in all matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics,) or sociology, marketing.
  • Proven working experience in data analytical role would be a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to organize, process and analyse significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with large databases in different  structures and summarize findings in a clear format
  • Ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion & diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect
  • Fluent Lithuanian, good command of English and good oral and written communication skills.
