  • Handle a high volume of client support requests, mainly via inbound calls. Clients are also able to send their inquiries to us via email or chat
  • Understand our client needs, expectations and assist in order to achieve resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service by making sure that our clients don’t have outstanding issues


Reikalavimai

  • Proficient written/spoken English is a must
  • Ability to work evening and late night shifts
  • Help desk experience with level 1 troubleshooting experience or customer service experience either face to face or in a support center is highly preferred
  • College degree in Computer Science / IT related field or networking is a plus

As a Client Support Specialist you will work directly with our global customers in a 24/7 technical support. You will assist our clients by answering incoming phone calls, opening new cases and working with ticketing system. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service by performing question/problem diagnosis in order to resolve issues that our clients have. You will also cooperate with people working in our company all over the world and redirect questions to appropriate departments.
