YOUR TASKS
We are looking for a passionate candidate (m/f/d) who has experience as a General Manager or Cluster General Manager for a lifestyle hotel brand and who is now looking to bring another lifestyle hotel brand on the market. We need someone, who is happy to travel around, being in different destinations for a while, opening new properties in Europe with rooms from 150 to 350 rooms.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You are hands on, self-motivated, organized and you bring organization to new hotel openings. The ideal candidate does not need a corporate structure to be successful.
We are looking for people, who have an international approach, who have interest in culture, music, architecture, interior design etc. Your personality tells a story!
You can be based in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg or somewhere else in Germany. But be aware that you will be away from home at least 3 days a week.
We do need somebody who is fluent in German and English.
