Job Description

Purpose of the job:
Manage customer service performance within the Baltics by building strong collaborative relationships with customers while focusing on providing adequate services and cost efficiency.
Review on a continuous basis the degree to which Customer Service activities are completed and analyse progress from order capture to delivery.
Coordinates cross-functional inputs from sales and marketing and other sources to ensure optimized service levels and efficient inventory management across a range of SKUs and product categories, having a key role and responsibility within local S&OP process.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Own and govern local sales and operations planning process to conduct demand/ supply review and portfolio management (complexity reduction) with business, regulatory, finance and quality management.
• Manage delivery of products to customers in line with best practices and regulatory requirements
• Lead the implementation and ensure execution in line with companies customer contact strategy
• Ensure standard process executions in customer service to ensure efficiency gains
• Optimize operational effort and associated costs of customer service activities in coordination with cost and efficiency targets of Supply chain functions
• Handle customer inquiries (i.e.: order management, damage goods)
• Ensure customer services work in line with regulations and in compliance with corporate template
• Manage commitment with key accounts in line with defined commercial priorities
• Provide O2C analytics for commercial trade channel management
• Ensure logistics preparation and execution in preparation of launch and change implementation
• Ensure compliance with BI policies and procedures

Requirements

Requirements

• University degree Bachelor or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of commercial activities and processes
• Strong internal and external relationship management background
• Broad understanding of the end to end supply chain
• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Basic understanding of financial aspects (P&L)
• High ethical standards and strict compliance to internal and external regulations is essential
• Excellent communication skills (local language, English-fluent)
• Effective negotiator with excellent presentation skills (oral and written)
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Power Point)
• Extensive know-how: SAP; Excel - analytics and mass data processing
