My name is Juste Makauskiene, I`m leading Support and Development function within Telia Global Services Lithuania. We are competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, Analytics, Telecommunication Networks, Software Development, Sourcing (Procurement), HR, Finance Operations. The hub is working with cutting edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.
We are now looking for Community Manager to join our team in Vilnius, to help us reach the next level in our journey.
Your next challenge?
This is a job that calls for someone who loves to connect communities, ignite cooperation within departments, has brilliant management skills, is fueled by different ideas, and loves to implement meaningful changes. Your role would be to proactively identify and coordinate various communities of Telia Global Services Lithuania, join “Kodo Klubas” initiative and organize events, meetups, as well as coordinate and develop our finance and front-end academies in order to attract and grow younger talents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain CrunchLab academies and develop new programs
- Be the main link for internal communities
- Drive internal initiatives across the organization
- Organize meetups, events and different gatherings for internal and external communities
- Collaborate with external parties: universities, colleges, agencies, etc.
Who are you?
As a Community Manager, you will play an important role in creating and driving our communities agenda and developing CrunchLab academies. You have a passion for the combination of communication and finding the right people in order to gather them around and execution of outstanding ideas. You enjoy being flexible, open-minded, and up for managing a few projects at a time.

Your experience:
- Experience in communities, event or project management (ideally in IT area)
- Proven project management skills
- Understanding of IT technical terms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent English language skills both written and spoken

We offer a monthly base salary 2170 - 3256 Eur (Gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia's results. Additionally, each Telia Global Services Lithuania employee receives an additional employee benefits package which includes:
