Run structured discovery sessions across teams — map manual workflows, understand the pain, and build a backlog ranked by hours saved vs. effort.Communicate & align. Be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Keep non-engineering stakeholders informed and on the same page.Build & maintain automations across n8n, Slack, HUB, and vendor integrations — from quick wins to production-grade workflows.Enable non-technical teams to build and own their automations through coaching, templates, and the right tooling.Audit existing automations — find what's active, broken, undocumented, or ready to retire.Contribute to AI & LLM-powered workflows as part of our broader automation strategy.Keep systems reliable, scalable, and documented — no single points of failure.
