Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Servier compliance policies
  • Implement Servier global compliance program in Baltics and participate in any global compliance projects as required
  • Conduct regular compliance monitoring
  • Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of transparency reports
  • Carry out data privacy related tasks, specifically supervising handling data privacy incidents, data subject requests, processing activities and privacy notices and data privacy procedures.
  • Overseeing all legal matters for Servier Baltics, except Labour Law
  • Handle legal documentation, draft and review agreements with third parties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law or Life Science
  • Proven 3-5 years’ experience in compliance and/or legal roles with specialisation in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and data privacy requirements 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Lithuanian and English languages
