They are combining the physical needs (such as cash) with the everlasting urge for instant availability offered by their mobile app. Their Sharing Economy business model (such as Uber and Airbnb) creates less waste and is thus better for the planet. Responsibilities:

• Administration of Sonect Europe UAB;
• Oversee compliance and risk management;
• Advise the Senior management & Board on the different types of risks faced by the organisation and recommends mitigation measures;
• Monitor and keep ahead of regulatory developments possibly impacting the organization and translate them into possible action items for the company;
• Be the “Swiss Army knife” of the EU branch;

• Experience in compliance and/or risk management;
• Good knowledge of GDPR and PSD2;
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization;
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, extremely fast paced environment;
• Entrepreneurial, strategic thinking and self-confident personality;
• Native Lithuanian speaker;
• Fluent in English.
