Job Description

  • Prepares compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information, prepare and report compliance reports for Bank of Lithuania;
  • Provides audit information to management by researching and analyzing data;
  • Enforces adherence to requirements and advises management on needed actions;
  • Enhances compliance department and organization reputation by  accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
  • Participation in elaboration of internal regulations and implementation of them in the area of financial sanctions risk management;
  • Assist in implementing and performing client on-boarding procedures;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to manage identified compliance gaps,issues and risks and to implement action plans and recommendations;
  • Analyzing and evaluating customer profiles, updating relevant information, writing customer risk assessment, gathering and providing information to authorities;
  • Carrying out other tasks and targets set by the CEO or the Management Board of the Company.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law (or other relevant study field);
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in compliance matters in EMI, bank sand/or other financial institutions (in EMI is preferable);
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian AML Laws, rules and regulations;
  • Experience in reporting of suspicious clients/transactions to competent authorities;
  • High sense of responsibility, accurate working methods and good analytical skills;
  • Good written and spoken Lithuanian (preferably nationality of Lithuania);
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), Polish will be added value;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
