• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, and academic studies)

• Translate creative direction and creative briefs into engaging and effective messaging and copy concepts
• Write content for a emails
• Develop and manage the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns – from ideation to implementation 
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of onboarding emails based on user interaction 
• Drive the growth process in the user communications channel 
• Actively utilize A/B testing with a focus on growth 
• Track results of previous campaigns and suggest further improvements 
• Work collaboratively with creative, marketing & product teams to support key initiatives and get things done

We expect you to

• Have proven working experience in Klaviyo
• Be able to work towards actionable feedback
• Be able to self-manage, prioritize, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Have experience in creating content in the health/weight loss niche is a bonus
• Have proven experience in email marketing (hands on) 
• Have understanding of email principles (design, build, and deliverability) and email best practices (campaign automation, A/B testing etc.) 
• Have confidence in using tools to analyze and track results 
• Have willingness to learn about our customers’ behaviors 
• Have previous experience of customer engagement or loyalty activities would be an advantage 
• Have analytical skills with a proven track record in data driven activities 
• Have perfect written English skills
