We are currently looking for operations /process management professionals to join the dedicated Service Delivery Excellence team and work on Operational Excellence projects within the Transaction Services area.
Together with other team members, you will engage, lead, train and mentor others within the organization to develop and implement best practices that will drive improvements in our business.
You will coordinate various Continuous Improvement initiatives and be a role model in driving change, and operations management mindset.
Your location will be in Vilnius office but you might be required to travel periodically to one of Danske Bank offices in Scandinavia.
