Job Description
The role responsibilities include:
- Deliver standardised interfaces, tools and processes across the IT Service Desk business;
- Define, deliver and govern customer contact channels;
- Deliver analysis, reporting and governance of repeat call/incident demand across the IT Service Desk business and highlight exceptions to customer experience excellence;
- Deliver and govern IT Service Desk incident, service updates and operational status reporting;
- Develop and deploy innovative solutions to provide better services to IT Service Desk clients.
Requirements
Knowledge of analytical techniques and methods:
- Awareness of service management and industry good practices (ITIL);
- Knowledge of business change processes, methods and tools;
- Awareness of relevant service and supplier change plans;
- Understanding of service and supplier management processes and methods;
- Understanding of Project and Change Management processes.
