Job Description

The role responsibilities include:

  • Deliver standardised interfaces, tools and processes across the IT Service Desk business;
  • Define, deliver and govern customer contact channels;
  • Deliver analysis, reporting and governance of repeat call/incident demand across the IT Service Desk business and highlight exceptions to customer experience excellence;
  • Deliver and govern IT Service Desk incident, service updates and operational status reporting;
  • Develop and deploy innovative solutions to provide better services to IT Service Desk clients.


Requirements

Knowledge of analytical techniques and methods:

  • Awareness of service management and industry good practices (ITIL);
  • Knowledge of business change processes, methods and tools;
  • Awareness of relevant service and supplier change plans;
  • Understanding of service and supplier management processes and methods;
  • Understanding of Project and Change Management processes.
