Job Description

The role responsibilities include:
•Deliver standardised interfaces, tools and processes across the IT Service Desk business;
•Define, deliver and govern customer contact channels;
•Deliver analysis, reporting and governance of repeat call/incident demand across the IT Service Desk business and highlight exceptions to customer experience excellence;
•Deliver and govern IT Service Desk incident, service updates and operational status reporting;
•Develop and deploy innovative solutions to provide better services to IT Service Desk clients.

Requirements

Knowledge of analytical techniques and methods:

•Awareness of service management and industry good practices (ITIL);
•Knowledge of business change processes, methods and tools;
•Awareness of relevant service and supplier change plans;
•Understanding of service and supplier management processes and methods;
•Understanding of Project and Change Management processes.
