Job Description

• Food handling and preparation as per company menu cycle and under the supervision of the designated Sous/Executive Chef
• Organize and prepare mise en place
• Ability to operate common kitchen equipment
• Demonstrate culinary fundamentals and knife skills
• Cleaning procedure as per HACCP

Requirements

• Minimum two years of cook experience, preferably in a four or five star restaurant, hotel or resort
• Cruise ship experience is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language
• High school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
