Job description
2nd level application support for the processing of
Seminar management (Orbis, Materna TmT)
Translation management (Across Language Server, Across)
Administation of the application architecture (System environment)
Coordination of trouble reports (service tickets) including the escalation management to internal and external competence centers
acceptance and categorisation of trouble reports (service tickets)
Priorisation (pursuant to seriousness and economic efficiency)
Investigation & reproduction
Solution (escalation and tracking where appropriate)
Development test, documentation & patch management
Contributing to the implementation of system interfaces for business process optimization
Administration of interfaces (e.g. SAP, UMS, Active Directory etc.)
Contribution within requirement- and release management fo the operated system environments
Contributing to the optimization of business processes and rollouts (inlcuding key user trainings)
Requirements
Occupational qualifications:
English (business fluent) German (basics)
Methodological skills (end user support, project management, procedure models IT development)
Analytical abilities (problem solution, business process analysis)
Distinctive manner in cooperation and communication within heterogeneous circle of people
Basic principles in database technologies (particularly Microsoft SQL)
Desirable
Experience in planning and organizing of trainings and events (Seminar management, Orbis)
Process know-how in the environment of technical documentation, editorial office and translation (Across)
Education:
Bachelor in business information systems
