Coordinator

Daily communication with customers about status of orders, stock quantities, delivery notes etc.
Communication with manufacturing facilities about delivery schedules
Daily help for sales and technical advisors working on field
Approving of customer orders to be proceed in SAP system

Working experience in field products ordering from the foreign suppliers
SAP experience (would be an advantage)
Good oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian, English (Russian would be an advantage)
Previous experience working with multiple divisional companies (would be an advantage)
Ability to exercise good judgment and work ethics to ensure the integrity of all reporting
Ability to collaborate, create alignment with overall corporate goals, and create consistency of processes
