establish and manage customer service and back office department;
establish partnerships with external parties such as law firms, telecom operators, marketing agencies, debt collector agencies, financiers and various official
parties such the local government’s equivalent(s) to Consumer Agency and the Financial Services Authority;

Reikalavimai

Bachelor’s degree in economics or business;
3 years of experience in online marketing. Experience from an ecommerce website is a plus.
can-do attitude, self-starter;
strategic, organized and creative, good interpersonal skills are essential
native speaker in Lithuanian and fluent in English;
a driver's license as there will be some traveling;
strong advantage if you have experience in online marketing and B2C sales.
