
Country Manager for Lithuania M/F
Job Description
Your main objective will be to create our subsidiary for Lithuania and develop our sales of fertilizers for major and specialist crops. How will you do this? With the support of a powerful, experienced international actor, renowned for the quality of its products, its dynamism and its international development potential.
After an intensive training to the plant nutrition job in France and in different subsidiaries through Europe, you will start and built up our activity with a strong autonomy. This means that as quick as possible you will have to built and stabilize a profitable sales business.
First, the successful candidate must quickly recruit and coach his staff, to initiate his sales and marketing plans and to manage importation and distribution operations with our business partner and customernts. Then, he will be in charge of building and implementing the business plan which will guaranty his profitability.
Requirements
Candidates should have a university Master’s Degree or equivalent, as well as a first significant experience in sales. Fluent English or French are required. A considerable knowledge of Lithuania, its language and culture are a must, as well as a previous experience in the agricultural field.
