Country Manager – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia

Job Description

• Responsibly lead the markets’ corporate and sales operations in conjunction with Global and regional business strategy to grow business and market share
• Manage the offices in Riga and Vilnius and additionally remotely the Estonian market
• Develop and implement country business plans and budgets - incl. marketing, training and field communication strategy
• Provide leadership and motivation to independent sales consultants and their sales networks, identify their needs and growth potentials and accordingly target marketing and sales programs
• Develop recruitment and retention initiatives for the independent sales network as well as marketing campaigns to build customer base and loyalty - increase retention rate and distributor productivity levels
• Recommend and implement continuous business improvement strategies
• Co-operate with industry associations, media and relevant authorities
• Support the Europe Region in decisions on local product portfolio – positioning, packaging, labelling, and pricing
• Manage, train and motivate local staff
• Protect the companies’ assets by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and control annual and monthly budgets in cooperation with the Finance team, submit reports and analysis in a timely manner
• Further duties and responsibilities that may arise from special projects

Requirements

• University graduate in economics or similar field and education level
• Operations and sales manager with at least 5 years of experience in the relevant markets
(MLM experience would be a plus, but is not mandatory)
• Applied knowledge of the Latvian / Lithuanian, product management and licensing requirements
• Ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities
• Combination of entrepreneurial spirit and analytic, organized working style
• Motivating leader with strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills including conflict management
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in local language, excellent English (Russian language skills would be a plus)
