Fully responsible for your country, you will be assessed on your ability to build a business from the ground up and on its financial performance.
Reporting directly to corporate headquarters in France, you will customize the development strategy to suit the local needs, recruit and manage the sales force, and develop strong and long-term partnerships with local agricultural products distributors.
Backed by the Group’s experience, products and a distinct business model that markets our added-value products directly to the final customers, you will draw on your own deep knowledge of the national agrosupply business to meet your objectives: Growth and profitability.
As a graduate or higher in agronomy/agriculture or veterinary, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in profit centre or sales management positions, which will have enabled you to develop your team leadership talent together with your business and negociation skills. You will have a perfect command of the Lithuanian language, culture and commercial practices. Additionally, you are fluent in English and/or French.
