Country Manager

If you feel that you are able and want to manage the activities of Bossa Teeninduse AS in Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda), organise, plan and manage the daily economic activities; establish and be responsible for the budget of the company; draw up short and long-term action programmes and gather local market information and forward it to the parent company; deal with the completion and motivation of staff and promote the personnel policy; represent the company in relations with legal and natural persons in entering into contracts, then you are exactly the person we are waiting for and need in our nice and hardworking team!

You have acquired higher education (preferably in the field of economics)
You have acquired work experience as a Managing Director of a company and you enjoy working with people
You are initiative, creative, with logical thinking and organised In addition to Lithuanian, you are also fluent in English and Russian
You enjoy working in an international team and you are not afraid of changes or challenges
