Job Description

Assist Credit Manager Europe in day to day activities in order to: optimize Sales, Reduce Working Capital and minimize Risks.

• Credit releases (on request) according to Ahlstrom Credit Policy
  
• Escalade requests according to the Authority Matrix
  
• Requests and monitors Insurance Covers (Cofanet & OrderPlan)
  
• Maintains customer database (Credit Control) in OrderPlan
  
• Maintains adequate and appropriate documentation in customer credit files (Coface Notes, Internal approvals)
  
• Ensures accuracy of Insurance Covers (OrderPlan vs Cofanet)
  
• Support Ahlstrom Sales for any Inquiry related to a customer or a prospect
  
• Requests and monitors Internal Agreements/Management Covers (Credit Tool & OrderPlan)
  
• Validates customer account creation or modification (OneData & OrderPlan)
  
• Initiates customer contacts for collection efforts (toward Ahlstrom Sales - Customer Service)
  
• Notify overdue/doubtfull accounts to Insurance Company before the deadlines

Requirements

• Fluent in English
  
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel) experience, SAP would be a must
  
• Basic knowledge in Finance and Accounting
  
• Very good communication skills
  
• Respectfull to both current processes and policies
