Job Description

• Overseeing design, testing, execution, analysis and optimization of all CRM campaigns;
• Management of inbound and outbound campaign optimization;
• Shape and implement the analytical strategy using best in class CRM analytical techniques;
• Own the planning, production and performance of email, SMS, in-App and social media campaigns for the business;
• Run, monitor and optimize an Online Gaming program that is engaging and ensures players choose to play with us;
• Monitor and report on KPIs across a comprehensive set of performance metrics;
• Contribute in creating and sharing CRM reporting;
• Manage all the operations related to providing customers with bonuses;
• Set up and send out communications to customers with the higher standard.

Requirements

• 2+ years online marketing experience with a proven track record in the area of CRM;
• Online gaming experience is a distinct advantage;
• Understanding of the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, campaign selections, reporting and analysis;
• Team player with strong organizational and time management skills;
• Fluent in English (Spoken and written). Italian language would be advantage;
