CRM Specialist supports the design, development and implementation of SAP Customer Relationship Management solution. As CRM Specialist, you will participate in gathering functional and technical requirements, generating specifications for developments, configuring processes in SAP CRM system and performing unit testing.

Your responsibilities:
• Learn SAP CRM (support from SAP CRM experts and SAP knowledge base - guaranteed!);
• Gather business and technical requirements for solution functionality;
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional, configuration and development requirements;
• Participate in the design, build, test and deployment of #SAP CRM solution;
• Contribute to the completeness and quality of functional design.

Additional qualifications:
• Telco experience;
• SAP CRM, SAP ERP knowledge/experience;
• Fluent Russian language skills.
