Job Description
What we are looking for is a skilled Chief Technology officer, who loves facing new challenges and is eager to drive the processes himself.
- Develop the strategy for using technological resources, both internal and external.
- Ensure efficiency, quality and security of development process.
- Work closely with Information Security Officer to ensure best results.
- Coordinate and establish technological structure needed for Electronic Money Institution.
- Chose and work with partners and vendors to achieve best and timely technical solutions.
- Own and coordinate a process of developing integrations and APIs.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software development teams or projects.
- Software development background, wide knowledge of Agile methodologies and best software development practices.
- Familiarity with the regulation and technical requirements applicable to an Electronic Money Institution.
- Experience in hiring suppliers and managing outsourced projects.
- Experience doing integrations and developing APIs.
- Good communication skills with team, ability to transmit good ideas and positivity.
- Ability to travel when needed.
- Fluent English.
