Job Description

  • Customer management (Responsibility for defined group of customers)
  • Customer communication and support (Day to day, issue solving, responding to requests, requesting documents)
  • Preparing documents for the customers (Preparing contracts, POAs etc. for the customers)
  • Partners communication (Issue solving, responding to requests)
  • Communication with 3rd parties if needed (lawyers, bailiffs, authorities etc.)
  • Other E-mails handling (Tracking incoming e-mails directed to Customer Support Team address)
  • Sales support activities (identify opportunities with current customers, sending offers to new customers)
  • Call handling (handling incoming and outgoing customer calls)

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Strong experience in a similar role
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English languages
  • French or Portuguese languages would be considered as a great advantage
  • Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
