 We are looking for a number of Customer Care Specialists (1st Line) to join our team in Lithuania.

Requirements

Customer Care Specialists responsibilities would include:

  • Focus on customer: deliver excellent and memorable customer service to all our customers by showing empathy and care
  • Provide navigational and operational support to customers that use W1TTY application
  • Register customer issues and notify management about repeating demand
  • Liaise with 2nd/3rd line support teams to reach a speedy resolution for a customer
  • Achieve performance objective and set targets leading to best customer service
  • Show a flexible approach working in a changing and fast-growing environment
  • Reduce number of interactions by sharing information, updating existing knowledge and working in collaboration with other team members
  • Make suggestions and recommendations to Supervisor in an effort to continually improve customer service

Skills and Experience:

  • Customer focus and empathy - you enjoy talking to customers, listening to their needs, and finding solutions to their queries
  • Problem-solving skills by working independently and in collaboration with other teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone or live chat manner
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 support team
  • Monitor progress and performance targets
  • Open to innovation and changes
  • Proven experience in supporting mobile apps, both iOS and Android is an advantage
