We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Project Manager to our dynamic and daring Point of Sale Management & Trade Marketing team. I am Raminta Šukienė and I am proud to be leading so many challenging and exciting projects for better customer experience, sales results and store environment in “Telia” retail channel.

You will lead projects within an exciting retail telco area and have an eye on our customer experience every day. Your aim will be to integrate online solutions in retail, spy on causes for customer traffic and support local sales initiatives.
Together with your new team you will be boosting sales and customer experience in retail channel. You will also have a chance to deliver new and challenging initiatives together with cheerful professionals from marketing, commercial and online teams.
Who are you?
You have a passion for customer behaviour analysis, technology and challenges. To fit the bill, you have worked as a project manager in retail or you have a good understanding of retail and telco.
Leading dynamic initiatives is something that excites you and you excel in building strong customer relationships.
