  • Take care of customer retention activities in 3 countries
  • Understand existing customers segments, prepare and implement action plan for customer' database increase
  • Become an expert of our customer lifecycle, carry out automated marketing activities and share insights across the organization
  • Maintain loyalty program and track its' results

Reikalavimai

  • Be curious to get to know our customer’s behaviour (your experience in customer analysis field - big advantage)
  • Have strong analytical skills and know-how of analytics tools
  • Know how Email Marketing works
  • Have strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy
  • Be proficient in Lithuanian and English (Russian - advantage)
