Customer Service Advisor with German language

Job Description

We are looking for colleagues who are looking for opportunity to WORK FROM HOME! 

 

Responsibilities: 

    • inbound call and email handling
    • Customer service 
    • Accuracy in data entry

 

Work time: Monday to Sunday, work in shifts (time range: 10:00 AM till 21:00 PM)

Requirements

    • Good English language skills (both verbal and written);
    • Fluent German skills (starting from C1 - both verbal and written);
    • Previous experience in Customer support will be considered as advantage;
    • Ability to work independently;
