Customer Service and Marketing Assistant

Ecophon team in Saint-Gobain Statybos Gaminiai is looking for Customer Service and Marketing Assistant to work together with Area Sales Managers and to be responsible for Customer service (including deliveries) and Marketing of Ecophon sound absorbing systems on the Lithuanian market. • Insert orders into ERP system; • Customer service on the phone and by e-mail; • Book DSV transportations to customer sites; • Make offers for daily distribution sales; • Support Area Sales Managers on using Complementary Price List; • Update customer information on ERP; • Make Remarks on claim handling system; • Run Packing certificate information from ERP (quarterly); • Adopt marketing material (brochures, web pages) and technical information (PIM) into local language; • Act as a back-up for other countries’ Customer Service within Business Unit. .
