Company is looking for Swedish/Danish/Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Consultants to join Customer Contact Center team in Riga. More than 60 people work in the department today to provide support to thousands of private and business customers in Latvia and Scandinavia. The company is #1 fuel retailer in many markets and this role is vital in maintaining company’s position as the top service station brand!
Direct communication with the customers of the company.
General customer care via phone and email (1st & 2nd line support).
Ownership for full problem solving cycle.
Card support and account administration.
New orders and registrations.
Station campaigns and product advice.
Outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.
Passion about People and Customer Service.
Very good English language skills, both written and verbal.
Very good Swedish/Danish/Norwegian language skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail.
Well-developed communication skills.
