Job Description

The main duty is to lead Customer Service function and related processes in Lithuania for the Containerships brand. Customer service team is responsible for delivering high-quality service for our import and export transport customers; they deal with transportation orders and documents, resolve issues and bottlenecks, develop customer relationship and support internal & external stakeholders in various topics. As the environment is international, it is not enough to understand local regulations but they need to understand the whole scope.

To meet the customer expectations, the team needs to coordinate and interact with our international operating environment. We are in the middle of change and will be developing our process & systems. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity to learn, develop and find best practices for the team.

Requirements

We are looking for a person who can lead, motivate and guide the team to excel. You lead by example and are not afraid to dive deep in case of need. We trust you have experience in leading a team and from customer interfacing services. If you also have background in shipping / logistics we might be a match.

By nature, you want to develop and therefore improving service quality and work efficiency is close to your heart. You are not afraid of hectic environment and can tolerate pressure, as in our business things do change and you need to solve problems.

As said, we are and will have change. Therefore you can adopt to new processes and systems and support the team through the change.

You need to master English and Lithuanian.

Company offers

This position reports to Short Sea Director Lithuania. The position is permanent and based in Klaipeda.
