Job Description

You will join a current team as a leader in order to coordinate existing processes as well as help the business identifying potential for an even more efficient work.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department;
  • Analyze and improve departmental KPI;
  • Encourage cooperation between departments;
  • Plan resources / budget;
  • Improve existing processes and search for new solutions (process optimization, reporting, IT tools utilization, etc.);
  • Contribute actively to the implementation of the general strategy. 

Requirements

  • Management (department or team) experience;
  • Business acumen;
  • Fluent English; 
  • Analytical thinking;
  • In-depth and hands-on approach;
  • Fast and sharp mind;
  • Enabling leadership style.
