Job Description
You will join a current team as a leader in order to coordinate existing processes as well as help the business identifying potential for an even more efficient work.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department;
- Analyze and improve departmental KPI;
- Encourage cooperation between departments;
- Plan resources / budget;
- Improve existing processes and search for new solutions (process optimization, reporting, IT tools utilization, etc.);
- Contribute actively to the implementation of the general strategy.
Requirements
- Management (department or team) experience;
- Business acumen;
- Fluent English;
- Analytical thinking;
- In-depth and hands-on approach;
- Fast and sharp mind;
- Enabling leadership style.
