Job Description
- Communicating with customers in order to solve their problems;
- Cooperating with other departments in order to help customers efficiently;
- Helping with various process optimization projects;
- Preparation of different reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (IT field would be an advantage);
- Excellent English language speaking and writing skills;
- Ability to work both independently and with a team;
- Outgoing, attentive, responsible and operative personality.
