Job Description
handling all customer support via e-mail, phone, social networks;
creating a "buss" about the shop in social networks and local blogs;
implementing of marketing stunts and competitions as well as promoting new items;
helping with catalogs for the Norwegian wholesale company;
assisting for department manager with daily operations.
Requirements
higher education;
excellent language skills in English (both spoken and written);
good language skills in Swedish;
good skills and interest in use of computer and social networks;
outgoing and easy to communicate with people.
