Job Description
- Acting as primary contact point towards customers;
- Handling customer calls and emails to ensure effective communication;
- Entering customer orders, processing invoices;
- Maintaining customer database, entering and updating customer details;
- Carrying out other ad hoc tasks;
Requirements
- Fluency in Lithuania, Russian and English;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience in customer service or sales support;
- Proficient PC and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
