Job Description

  • Acting as primary contact point towards customers;
  • Handling customer calls and emails to ensure effective communication;
  • Entering customer orders, processing invoices;
  • Maintaining customer database, entering and updating customer details;
  • Carrying out other ad hoc tasks;

Requirements

  • Fluency in Lithuania, Russian and English;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience in  customer service or sales support;
  • Proficient PC and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
