Job Description
Our client - Lindström is a global business-to-business partner that strengthens the corporate image of its customers by means of textiles and cleanliness. Lindström has operations in 16 countries with over 1700 staff and the turnover target for 2006 is 200 million euros. Lindström’s services consist of workwear, mat, protective equipment, hygiene, restaurant textile and shop towel services.
Currently the company is offering an exciting opportunity to join the team in Vilnius and become
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
You will be responsible for customer service and care by:
- Providing customer support via phone;
- Entering customet data into the database;
- Following up with new and existing clients;
- Making customer satisfaction surveys;
- Preparing delivery lists;
- Making invoicing to customers.
Requirements
Main requirements:
- Excellent telephone communication skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Good English and Russian languages skills;
- Systematic way of working, analytical thinking;
- Result-oriented, determined personality.
