For its clients, PlusJob Poland Sp. z o. o. is looking for a: Customer Service Representative with English.

Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone and e-mail) and supporting individual and business clients in both incoming and outgoing communication. There are no sales involved.

Requirements

• Fluency or very good knowledge of English (B2 – C1)
  
• computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• commitment to customer service
  
• ability to multitask
  
• another language would be an asset
  
• experience is not required.
