Job Description
Answer of Customer Services related phone calls, e-mails and chats (main language is Lithuanian);
Closely work together with Team Leader to find the best solutions for customers;
Care and support for our partner's – Samsung Company – clients;
Accuracy in data entry;
Follow up of clients' customer contacts.

Requirements
Willingness to help and solve requests;
Fluent Lithuanian language;
Good English and Russian skills;
Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage;
Interest in electronics is preferred;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Patience, positivity, fiendliness and willingness to help;
